Seeking the right family dog for a great fit.

I am looking to adopt another dog. I'm a great home, and if I were a dog I would LOVE to live with me!I routinely make pancakes and cook for my dogs. I have done a lot of rescue and been an animal professional. I work from home always. My dogs are never alone. Sept 1, I am moving into a new large house with a big yard. I had 3 dogs and one died recently, and my daughter moved out with hers. So now I have room for another one or two, but I want a good match. I seek a friendly, easy, healthy dog that must be housebroken,( couch potato-med activity level is fine). Must be very tolerant of other animals- as I have cats, dog, a bird, and reptiles...dog toys must be shared. I am also looking at shelters..etc. But sometimes on Craigslist you can find someone looking to re-home directly and a dog doesn't need to go through the shelter system. I can provide great references. At this time I can deal with normal readjustment issues and training, but I don't want a "project" dog right now. I want a bed-sleeper," plays-well-with-others" kind of dog. Maybe one who is alone too much already and would like some companionship and another dog and cat to be around, for gardening and lots of snacks. Casual lifestyle. Sounds good!
