Duties: Busy farm property needs overseeing and care from lawn care, fencing repair/replacement, building Maintance, cleaning, operating of light equipment, clean-up, debris/trash removal, organizational tasks, deck/building/porch clean up/shrubbery trimmed/limbs kept cut back. It would be helpful if you had electrical, plumbing, carpentry, car repair, construction and or HVAC experience but it's not a requirement. It will require heavy lifting at times so please do not apply if this is an issue. I work from home and will be available for questions while working and will be able to help train you on what is needed. Spanish speaking IS preferred but not required. Looking for a kind, generous, hard working person who will be 100% reliable and on time. Please no phone use while working on the job. As a hardworking family we are on the farm throughout the day and so we appreciate your attention to the job while working. Hours are flexible for the right person and can be more or less depending on what you prefer. Rather have long term employment but would consider if looking short term.
