Open EPA Event Details Produced by Harvest Properties and Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center. Date & Time: Saturday, Sept. 24 from 11 AM to 4 PMLocation: 1175 Week Street, East Palo Alto, CA 94303Featuring: 45+ vendors, food trucks, live music & performances, a petting zoo, family activities, community organizations, and more!Admission: Free admission for all attendeesVender Booth Each vendor who applies and is accepted will receive a 10'x10' booth space at the OPEN EPA event on Sept. 24. Each vendor will be responsible for bringing their own table(s), chair(s), canopy / umbrella and weights to weigh down the canopy / umbrella. This is an outdoor event happening during the daytime so a canopy / umbrella / shade structure is recommended, though not required. In late August / early September, each accepted vendor will receive further instructions to help them prepare for the event.Vendor Details To apply, just fill out the vendor info form that pops up after you click the TICKETS button. If you are an East Palo Alto resident or former East Palo Alto resident: Please select the ticket option "Booth Space Fee (for East Palo Alto resident)". You must complete the application and checkout process however you will not be required to pay a fee. If you are NOT an East Palo Alto resident or former East Palo Alto resident: Please select the ticket option "Booth Space Fee (for non East Palo Alto resident)". You must complete the application and checkout process and pay the $35 fee in order to officially submit your application.Someone from our team will reach out to you via email within five (5) business days of you submitting your application. If your application to vend has been accepted, we will send you a notification email about being a vendor at the event. If your application to vend has NOT been accepted, we will send you a notification email and refund your $35 fee. If you are a food / drinks vendor (regardless of whether or not you're based or have been previously based in East Palo Alto), you will still be required to fill out a San Mateo County TFF application and to pay the required San Mateo County TFF fee for participating in the event. The cost for a TFF fee for food / drink vendors who are NOT preparing their food or drink products on-site at the event is $100. The cost for a TFF fee for food / drink vendors who are preparing their food or drink products on-site at the event is $150.Please fill out the form and complete the purchase in order to submit your application to vend. REFUND POLICY: If your application is accepted but you'd like to withdraw from vending at the event, all you need to do is email us at [email protected] letting us know before or by Aug. 22 at 11:59 PM PST. Any withdrawal requests before or by that deadline will receive a full refund on their fee. Any withdrawal requests AFTER that deadline will not be eligible for a refund.If you have any questions before applying, please email [email protected]. Harvest Properties and Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center are the primary event organizers who’ll be working with the community to create the OPEN EPA event. However, recently they’ve asked the Moveable team to help manage the logistics of the event, including managing vendor communication; so we'll be the best contact for all prospective as well as confirmed vendors.
