Found Dog

I found a small, mixed breed dog tonight. Female. Sadly, she was inside the vestibule of my apartment building. I don’t think that she would be able to reach the automatic door button 🤔🤔. Her collar had been removed and a pink harness was put on her, leash attached. She’s unkempt, nails over-grown, dirty. She looks like a dog put some holes in her. Scattered Boo-boos. To whomever dumped her here, when you removed her collar, you eliminated her name. I didn’t have the heart to leave her there.
