My Snatched Shop works intimately with women of color everyday and the most common trauma that we share in the community is a lack of maternal support. For generations we’ve seen mothers envious or in competition with their daughters. This has caused a high rate of molestation, teen pregnancies, and domestic violence in our community. This event is intended to rebuild the village we once had. We will be educating, engaging, releasing and healing our community one parent at a time.
