Opportunity to assist in the construction of a large bronze public monument.
Tasks include metal chasing (sanding, finish chasing), assisting welder, other work related to bronze and stainless steel metal fabrication and general sculpture studio tasks.
Looking for someone who is able to work up to five days a week now through 9/15. Metal-work, welding experience a plus but not required, must be reliable, able to lift 60 pounds, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced art studio. Near Woodstock Metra Station.
