General Labor - Trash Removal **** MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE****** compensation: this job is paid per day employment type: part-time job title: General Contract This job is a full time job! We are seeking reliable and dependable General Laborers to perform general facility maintenance duties These duties include, but are not limited to: General clean up/trash pick-up and disposal; clean-up and removal of waste; and Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. Including landscaping jobs. Requirements: Must be able to work with little or no supervision Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must be able to drive a trailer behind truck Physical Requirements: Walk up to 3 miles per day in the elements (excessive heat, cold, humidity, etc.) Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs Climbing stairs and/or ladders Kneeling, crawling, pushing and pulling Walking around on uneven, slick, or rocky surfaces Must be willing and able to work extended hours Our position has to be a man of all trades must be willing to do trash outs and landscaping. We cut yards, lay sod we do it all. Paid weekly but job pays per day. someone with a truck is a plus. This is a w-9 / 1099 employee taxes will not be taken out you will be responsible for that on your own.
