After-School Karate For Concentration Classes! Classes will be held every Monday from 3pm - 3:45pm Starting August 22nd through December 12th.Fall Semester Course is $279 which includes a graduation at the end of the course. In the graduation ceremony children will break a board, receive their new belt and certificate of rank from Premier Martial Arts. Students must where PMA uniform to class. Student uniforms $39 PMA Student Shirts $24 (Optional) WHAT TO EXPECT: YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN THE IMPORTANCE OF RESPECT, FOCUS, CONFIDENCE AND PERSEVERANCE. THROUGH THE BASIC MOVEMENTS OF MARTIAL ARTS Thoughts become actions, actions become habits and habits become a person’s character. In this course, our staff is going to teach action-packed classes that are guaranteed to be a blast! We know that for every block, punch or kick we teach we can literally teach your child the value of self-value, self-defense and self-discipline. We understand that a martial arts program must be about developing a child's character. Your Child Will Learn the Following: Self Defense VS Self Offense Self-Control- The ability to control our body with our mind. Focus- The ability to block out distractions. Keeping our eyes on the person talking to us:)Self-Discipline- Doing what we know we are supposed to do without being told. Courtesy and Respect- Treating others the way we want to be treated. Perseverance- Never giving up when things get tough. Goal Setting- Working very hard every day to achieve something we want. Premier Martial Arts Plano is fully devoted to helping our community’s children learn the importance of self-improvement. We just happen to use martial arts as a vehicle to teach these attributes that all of us parents want children.
