IF THIS LISTING IS STILL ACTIVE, WE ARE STILL SEEKING HELP We are seeking a RELIABLE person with GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS and ECONOMICAL RATES to help us with the below tasks on a periodic basis to start, and if it works out well, then the work will expand into other areas with additional hours: - Visit various vacant properties (houses) that are for sale, and take photos/videos and also take brief notes about the condition of the properties and send to us. - Assist with other various tasks Experience is not required, but if you have any related to this, please let us know. Please respond with the following: - Your rate for taking photos/video/notes on each property (we just need to see/know the general condition of each property, therefore it doesn't require extensive work, only about 15 min at each property). Please provide your rate per property. - Your hourly rate for other various/miscellaneous work - Confirmation that you can send the photos/videos to us via Google Drive, and add your notes about each property to a Google Spreadsheet. If you are not familiar with this, it is very easy to use and we can provide instructions. We are seeking someone who is easy to work with, therefore if you don't respond to all of the above items, we will not be replying back to you. Thanks
