Natural solutions to support our kiddos with special needs. We will talk emotional needs, autism and ADHD and how essential oils, diet and supplements can help with calming, focus, emotions and more! If you have a kid who has behavior issues, this class is for you. We will discuss what I have learned in my own journey and other options available. If it seems too overwhelming, it is ok! We will discuss how to make one change at a time so it is easy to manage, master and move on to the next thing. :) Class is $10 and includes an essential oils roller ball.
