Come join community in this wonderful evening of meditative dance where there are no wrong steps, and we support each other in our own upliftment and growth. Guided by meditation and specifically designed music participants will be allowed to let the music move through them. As we do this, colors, shapes, images, and memories may surface allowing us understanding and clarity surrounding the health and wellbeing of our chakra system. After the dance we then take the energy created as well as our newfound understandings to integrate the dance into our bodies, minds, and lives through the use of mandala art. Due to space limitations, only a limited number of tickets are available for this event. All participants who have purchased tickets and registered themselves will be sent an email the week before.
