Weekend remodeling helpers and labor needed on Vashon

Hi, We are looking for several helpers for work. I will train you in remodeling, the work will involve fixing up a house including painting, flooring, carpentry, fixing sheetrock, and appliance installation. Working every Saturday and Sunday until the end of the year. Pay is negotiable once you are trained and prove that you can (a) show up on time, (b) show up consistently, (c) can work without supervision, and (d) are trained to do the tasks well. Once you have worked a few days as a helper and proven the above things, you would be able to set your own pay to either 20 per hour, or 25 per hour depending on your skills and experience. While you are training, pay will be 16.25/hour. May start immediately and you'll get paid every day. Thanks,
