Please help us find Ruthie. She is about 1 year old, Bombay, all black with a small white patch on her stomach. She was still wearing her dark red, burgundy harness. Last seen in Riverbank, going into Modesto, somewhere between Terminal and Roselle. She could also be anywhere near Claribel or Sylvan. Any information is appreciated
