Adult corn snake and tank

I’m moving across the country to Seattle August 19th and will be going from a lot of space to a very little space. Tank dimensions are 36” tall, 17” deep, 18” wide. Persimmon is an orange 2 year going on 3 year old corn snake. He’s very sweet, has never tried to bite at me even once and is very adventurous. Beautiful and iridescent in the sun and light. Around 5 ft long. He comes with his hide rock, log other rocks, heating lamp and pad and some greenery. He will eat a f/t rat weekly and I can send you a pic of what I give him. His cage alone was expensive as he is large and his accessories so I’m asking $300 OBO for him, thank you!
