Brinnwood Farm in Sanford is looking for a full time during the week help. Week day position is Monday-fri AM and PM shifts. Position is always partnered with another employee to either divide and concur or partner with shift tasks. Ideal employee is self motivated and focused on completing tasks in a timely manor. Job includes handling and turning out horses of different ages and training levels, feeding and prepping grain, dumping as needed and filling water buckets, and filling/hanging large hay nets. Typical am shift lasts roughly 4 hours and pm 3 hours. Absolutely no stalls in this role are required. This is a sizeable property with roughly 60 horses between stalls and pasture board so there is a lot of walking in this role. Previous horse experience is required. Potential for a working student position with pay for the right candidate! We also have space for someone who would like to work off board for both stall or pasture boarding! Pay is biweekly via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
