I have plenty of painting work an only expect the best workers to apply! I’m sorry but I’m truthful! Skilled painters must know how to cut in with a brush straight lines every time! Paint trim with no runs whatsoever! Roll walls with no tractor marks in it. Be able to spray when necessary not often though! Prep well caulking and putty all around great painter already but willing to train also too! Helpers just show up for work everyday and be willing to work hard and learn the trade! I know I sound harsh but I know what I want n need! And won’t settle for less! If you can’t show up for work everydsy ready to work hard then don’t apply this job isn’t for you! I’ll spot out a bullshitter a mile away cuz I was one myself once too lol I’m very easy to get along with ! An understand people have problems sometimes an willing to work with that and help you best I can if you work hard and do a great job! Pay is $20 to $25 an hour for skilled employees ! Up to $30 an hour for crew leader but they still work too! Laborers start out at 11 an hour to 13 depending on what you know an I’ll train you to be better with raises as you advance!
