Looking for an experienced landscaper, Lawn care to include: mow and trim grass as needed, edging, trimming of shrubs/trees, feeding plants/shrubs, aeration and fertilizer, weed prevention including pulling of weeds. Maintain/create xeriscapes areas as needed. Basic irrigation is a must to fix broken sprinklers and work the timers. Work with trimmers, blowers, hedgers, lawn mower and be able to maintain equipment etc. Duties would also include trash pickup sweep/blow sidewalks, maintain resident entry and staircase free of debris, parking lots from trash. being able to do apartment maintenance work is a plus such as painting, changing light fixtures, changing floats, changing out garbage disposal, make readys, work on swamp coolers etc. maintain gutters and rooftops free of leaves and pine needles (so must not be afraid of heights). Must be able to lift 50lbs may be used must have reliable transportation must be dependable, honest, hard worker, we are not 420 or any other drugs friendly and we are a smoke free community 25-35 ish hours
