Minuteman Press Carlsbad, is looking for a full-time Press Operator/Bindery Lead with experience running a Ryobi 3302 or AB Dick 9995. Additionally, having bindery experience with binding books, scoring/ folding machines, is an asset as well. Duties: • Set up, run and clean up press • Preventive maintenance weekly/monthly • Troubleshoot press and production issues • Will also run a variety of other machines, cutters, folders, etc. Skills/Qualifications: • Experience with Offset / Sheet Fed 2- color press equipment required • Experience with other back of shop equipment • Ability to work independently as well as with a team to meet and exceed quality and safety goals • Strong organization skills and detail-oriented • Positive attitude, flexible and a self-starter We have a great team of people and have been in business for 30+ years. Flexible on hours, temperature controlled warehouse as well.
