Reports to: Regional Maintenance Director
Required Skills: Fair Housing, and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with residents on the telephone and in person.
General Description of Responsibilities:
All tasks and duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, including, but not limited to:
Provide high-quality, excellent customer service to all residents.
Responsible for the general day-to-day upkeep of the property grounds, common areas, and turn-over of vacant units.
Must have the ability and skill in the following areas: painting, resurfacing, floor tile replacement, troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpet cleaning.
Assist with the daily Work Orders as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor/Technician.
Maintain accurate count on stock inventory for the make-ready of apartments.
