A band is leaving our practice room in Ballard, so we are looking for a new band to join. The room is located next to the Substation in Ballard.
About the room:
24-hour access.
Shared drum set.
Shared PA.
Storage space, but not enough for drums or large amps.
Room is clean, organized and decorated.
Rent is paid electronically (e.g. Venmo, Paypal. Cashapp).
Rent is month to month.
Move-in rent is proratable.
Move-out requires one month notice.
First and last month's rent is due at move-in.
Email for pricing and availability. In your message, describe your band (# of members) and when you plan to practice (weekday? weekend?).
