A preschool in Alhambra requires a well-organized reliable cleaner to clean both the outside and inside of the school once per week. The outside involves sweeping sand and putting it back to the sandbox, raking the sandbox to remove any debris, blowing the outside playground and street, pressure washing the eating area, trimming the hedges and watering and fertilizing the plants. Inside work includes steam mopping the tile floor with bleach using our special floor steamer, vacuuming six area rugs, wiping down the doors and windows, cleaning all the toilets (20 toilets and sink and counter tops), changing out the air filters and steam cleaning the 93 storage cubicles of the children. There are four classrooms, a kitchen and an office. The work will require 10 hours of work. We pay $250 per each time. The schedule is once a week on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday. Cleaners must follow a strict 40-point checklist. Must be on time. This position is best for a two-person crew to complete the task faster and more efficiently. Start as soon as possible. Must have a social security number and a valid driving license and pass a criminal background check.
