House maintenance cleaning person needed

Nice family looking for a reliable, honest and hard working person or team to come once a week to help maintain mostly outside spaces. The home is well maintained so nothing is heavy duty cleaning. Weekly duties would include things such as: spraying/squeegee tile decks/patio; clearing deck drains from leaves/debris; dusting exterior corners (spiderwebs); wiping down outside furniture; sweeping garage; cleaning glass doors; wiping pool tiles; sometimes washing car and other maintenance things as time permits. We have all supplies and equipment needed. Flexible on days and times but weekly commitment is 6 hours/$150 weekly to start. Location is the hills above Hollywood so transportation needed.
