I need to relocate before September 30th due to the imminent danger for myself and my children because of domestic violence and criminal stalking and my offenders release from prison. I’ve been in contact with every agency that could potentially help me and it has yielded no real help. I currently live in the same apartment I used to share with him and our kids and I’m not safe here because I know he will retaliate for getting him locked up for 3 years. The first thing he is going to do when he gets out is come to our apartment and it’s terrifying. My current landlord has let me out of my lease early because of this. I found a home to move to and I will be safe there and the landlord has accepted my application. The only thing standing in my way to safety for me and my children is having the means to pay a moving company and paying move-in costs to the new landlord. Originally, I was told he would serve 5 years. And for whatever reason he is getting paroled after serving only 3, and I was informed of this about a week ago, and am thus so financially unprepared. https://gofund.me/af3e1404
