Owner to assist as well but both jobs listed above have to be completed this month as leaves begin falling toward end of month and too difficult for two coats of paint. Can pay $20 Dollars per hour of work each time you come to home for approximately 4-5 hours each day and weekends if possible. Payments add up. Have to request from 12 or 1 PM until evening hours due to problem with knees and better by that time.
