REGGAE musician-- looking to start or join band

I play: -- drums -- rhythm guitar -- vocals -- song-writer/lyricist -- percussion -- multi-instrumentalist role Bio: I’ve been playing in rock bands since I was 16. I’m now 44. In my youth I lived in Jamaica (Kingston and Highgate) through a Peace Corps-type program. I’ve never played in a reggae band, but it's been my dream for over 20 years. Other: -- I have a rehearsal space in my basement. It's not great, but it's free. -- I'm equally happy playing roots style or modern reggae (my favorite current reggae band is Tribal Seeds). -- I'm not interested in playing at 10:00pm on Wednesdays. Also, I'm used to playing for three hours a night. -- I'm open to playing covers and originals, but if we want well-paying gigs we need a healthy amount of covers.
