Drawn by lot, chosen at random, a few dozen fearless musicians step forward for an unforgettable one-off gig. Brand new local Super Groups, created on the spot from a pool of participating guitarists, bassists, vocalists, drummers and other players who have never played together before, face off for the Rock Lottery show-down. It all begins with the random draw of musicians (anyone can sign up). Be there to witness the new groups being formed, and receiving challenging musical tasks to master with their new Super Group. Each group will have three weeks to practice, then return to Café Nine on September 30th and October 1st to perform their first round of challenges. Don't miss these performances! Note: The Rock Lottery "competition" is open to all musicians, regardless of preferred genre, instrument or skill level. You do not have to be present at the drawing to participate.
