Description

What does it mean when a strange vehicle turns into a court off the main street, makes one turn around the center island and disappears down the road it came from. Then 5 minutes later, another does the same thing. I suspect maybe they are looking for packages left by UPS or Fedex. My only intention is to inform the neighbors of Southside Muncie, which is where I live, or any other neighborhood anywhere else that there may be some shady characters looking for some ill-gotten goods. We have surveillance systems in our neighborhood and will share footage from our systems with law enforcement if need be. If this post is removed, it will only strengthen my suspicion of what's going on.
