RESPONSIBILITIES Working as a team to relocate our customers household items Exhibit a strong commitment to the safety of our client’s belongings Engage your ability to adapt, solve problems and ask your team for help Underpromise and overdeliver Use creative techniques and tools to reduce physical strain Empathy for our clients’ level of stress during a move Maintain 5 star reviews with 5 star service REQUIREMENTS Drivers license (Having a driver's license is preferred, but not required) Dependable and disciplined with a high level of motivation ZERO tolerance for negative attitudes (Leave your personal problems at home) At least 18 years of age with a clean criminal background Able to safely lift 75 lbs without assistance, stand, bend, stoop and climb stairs Able to commute to SE Portland, OR Pass a background check, No major felonies within 5 years due to ODOT regulation COMPENSATION Compensation based on experience and potential to fit our team Tips are based upon performance and are common but not guaranteed (we do well with tips) Opportunities for advancement & promotions Bonuses based on performance reviews OJT (On job training) Consideration for a permanent position will be given after an evaluation of work performance and teamwork compatibility and punctuation.
