Custom built chicken 3 by 4 foot coop with roost and nesting box, plus a 20ft walk in run with door, plus 8 hens and 2 roosters. 2 lavender orpington hens (light brown eggs) about 2 yrs old, highly sought after breed. These two are at the top of the pecking order with great personalities, they’ll actually sit with you. The golden laced Wyandotte hen (speckly brown eggs), barred rock hen (light brown eggs), and two Easter egger hens (both lay green eggs) are a little over a year old. The French copper marans (dark brown eggs, highly sought after), Black Sumatra (cream colored eggs, rare Indonesian breed), and Silver Spangled Appenzeller rooster (very uncommon breed) are a little less than a year. The 2 roosters coexist, minus some plucked tail feathers on the less dominant Appenzeller rooster haha. But they actually keep each other from beating up the hens, works kinda well. The Alpha’s name is Kenji, he’s an Easter egger and Wellsummer hybrid. He is just over a year old. Beautiful flock, no mean birds. Even the roosters are mild natured and will eat from your hand. All hens are laying regularly so we are always giving dozens away. $700 includes everything, will throw in two waterers and a feeder. I just bought the run 2 months ago for $550 and we all know chicken coops are expensive, especially large ones like this.
