1200 (1182 sq ft per title listing) square foot home, 1 level only, needs flooring installed. I have 1310 SQ feet of vinyl plank on hand now. It is waterproof, needs no "under layment" or adhesive; and was purchased through the Home Depot (Valencia) Store. The tiles are 48" x 7".
This is a two person job; bid it as such. There is no assistance coming from me. The case weight is heavy (+40 lbs). I am located in Green Valley AZ north end of the city.
Pictures of your work are required and at least two references that don't mind being called and asked about their project and the quality of the work and clean up.
