Job Requirements:
• Demonstrate ability to interact with tenants, contractors and staff in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently to organize projects, establish priorities and complete tasks in a timely fashion.
• Applicant should be able to manage stressful situations in a calm and business-like manner.
• Ability to maintain a business calendar and project work orders in the property maintenance software.
• Applicant should have a background in construction or property maintenance, with skills in general interior tenant improvement, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
• Applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day preventative maintenance at the properties, which includes:
o General grounds inspections and cleaning
o Various snow removal and landscaping cleanup
o Minor irrigation repairs
o Gutter and glass cleaning
o Power washing
o Replace light bulbs and clean light lenses
o Light paint projects
o HVAC filter replacement and coil cleanings
o Ceiling tile replacement
o Flooring removal
o Light plumbing repairs
• Assisting with the completion of tenant move-in and move-out reports.
• Cleaning and repairing vacant suites prior to a tenant move-in and following a tenant move-out to the required specification of the asset manager.
• This position is full-time and this property maintenance associate must reside in Morgan County and close-by cities.
Additional Information:
- Job Level: Mid (5+ years of experience)
- Location: Fort Morgan, Morgan County
- Starting Date: Immediate need
- Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, overtime available/needed on per week basis with manager approval.
- Pay Rate: Total compensation package is to-be-determined depending upon skill set and experience.
