I am selling a rental house and I need a major cleanup. The work will include pruning of shrubs and trees cleaning out beds of weeds and overgrowth general cleanup pressure washing of the house patios fireplace woodworking etc.
This work can be done over a 2 to 3 week period. Also need to have the old cracked driveway removed and pour a new concrete driveway that is about 700 ft.² And the removal of three or four trees and their root balls or ground out stumps.
