Warehouse Associate Job Overview: As a warehouse associate for Fairway Restaurant Equipment, you can expect an exciting, dynamic position where no two days are identical. A Fairway warehouse associate is dedicated, motivated, and reliable. The role our warehouse associates play in our success is a large one - a quality warehouse team is the driving force behind our success. Responsibilities and Duties: Drive and operate forklift Retrieve equipment from warehouse and load into customers' vehicles Show equipment to potential customers before they decide to make a purchase Conduct simple modifications on equipment Build/assemble tables, equipment stands, et cetera Receive, sort, and store incoming shipments Organize/clean warehouse Drive and operate company delivery truck to deliver equipment to customers Other tasks as dictated by business needs Qualifications: Must be dedicated, motivated, and reliable Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required Forklift experience preferred but not required Must be physically able to lift and move some equipment, with or without assistance (depending on weight of equipment) Must be physically able to remain standing and active for most of shift Must have driver's license
