Our new orientation program is designed to connect you to the academic and student support services we offer. You may just meet a few classmates along the way! On Friday, August 26th we will be hosting a Picnic dinner and hosting an outdoor showing of Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. There will be lawn games, activities for kids, and concessions! Bring your family for a fun night out. On Saturday, August 27th we will be hosting our Orientation Session. Hear a few words from President Cassidy or Vice President Paul Charpentier, pick up your books, visit our offices, and stop in at our Tips for Success Workshop to ask questions of our second and third year students! Coming off the exit, proceed straight (1.7 miles) to Route 1 (Main Street) in South Portland. Turn left onto Route 1 North.At the fourth set of lights, turn right onto Broadway.Proceed straight on Broadway for about two miles and take right at the fifth light to continue on Broadway.Proceed approximately 1 mile on Broadway.At SMCC sign, turn right into parking lot.From I-295 Take exit 6a (Forest Avenue South).Immediately bear to the right onto Route 77 South, which turns into State Street. Follow all the way through downtown Portland.At the bottom of a large hill, State Street bears right over the Casco Bay Bridge.After crossing the bridge, proceed straight through the lights and follow the road (Broadway) for approximately 1 mile.At SMCC sign, turn right into parking lot.Directions to our Midcoast Campus Take Route 1 to the Cook’s Corner exit and turn right at the first light onto Bath Road (Route 24 North). Drive a quarter of a mile and turn left at the second light onto Admiral Fitch Avenue, at the Brunswick Landing sign. Drive about three-quarters of a mile and turn left onto Sewall Street onto the SMCC Midcoast Campus.
