Toddlers and preschool age children are driven to explore and test their independence. This can lead to some frustrating behaviors such as biting, hitting, whining, not sharing, and tantrums. In this workshop participants will learn effective tools to help reduce these challenging behaviors and teach children positive social and emotional skills. The workshop will also cover some positive coping strategies for parents. Class will be led by a therapist from Women and Family Wellness Studios.
This workshop is free and open to all members of the community.
