(( part time gig and on call)) Looking for two field managers. One field manager for Long Island, Manhattan and Nassau county. Second field manager for Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Westchester county. The field manager will be overseeing maintenance staff at different sites to assure they are completing janitorial services properly. Looking for maintenance workers to do janitorial field work at our sites. Maintenance workers are responsible for general cleaning, waxing, deep cleaning, window cleaning, carpet shampooing, scraping and scrubbing. -prefer 1 yr experience. -must lift 40lb -$17hr to $22hr
