Art Over Addiction is a relaunch of the successful Art Against Addiction. The event will feature donated art from local artists, available for purchase at a silent auction. The proceeds of each sale will go 50/50 to the artist and to South Street Ministries Reentry Services, a local organization that supports returning citizens (people coming out of incarceration), and those navigating the legal system by connecting them to resources throughout Summit County. Art Over Addiction is unique in that it benefits both those suffering from substance use or mental health issues in our community, as well as local artists. This year’s event will also feature a raffle, in addition to the silent auction. Art Over Addiction is free to the public. However, small voluntary donations as entry into the event are greatly appreciated. Heavy appetizers will be served. #TBArtOverAddiction
