Mailed out ballots do not make a safe and secure election at all. The donkey cult can only win by stacking the deck. Paper ballots,same day voting unless you have a very good reason, voter ID. If a legal citizen can't do that to vote then voting is not very important to them. If they can't support that then secure fair elections don't mean anything to them.
