I’m willing to pay a small rehoming fee, however with my budget it be ideal to get one for free. I’m okay with any type such as: Quaker parrots, Conures, Cockatiels, Cockatoos, Macaws. Im only looking for one. Cage and what not would be very appreciated but if not that is also great! Thank you!
