Chili Rellenos An authentic chili relleno recipe made from roasted poblano peppers stuffed with cheese, dipped in a fluffy egg batter, and fried until golden brown! Blistering fresh chilis are key to making killer chili rellenos. Making fresh salsa ranchera is also essential. We will do both and serve up this southwestern soul-satisfying meal in under an hour.

FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a DEMO class, so, sit back, enjoy the demo and eat! For our demo classes we will be limiting the number of participants. We will sit one per table, or you may purchase a double ticket and share the table with your guest (each participant will receive all materials and full servings of food).
