French Gâteau de Crêpes à la Florentine Invented in Brittany, France, in the 13th century, this lovely French number has passed the test of time. This crêpe cake is made with a stack of crêpes, layers of mushrooms, and spinach, with a gruyere cheese sauce that is absolutely decadent. It will surely impress even the fussiest guest!

FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a DEMO class, so, sit back, enjoy the demo and eat! For our demo classes we will be limiting the number of participants. We will sit one per table, or you may purchase a double ticket and share the table with your guest (each participant will receive all materials and full servings of food).
