Rooster's Bar and Grill along with Cherokee Distributing Company are teaming up to help raise money for the Shoffner family who could use the community's support after a collision on the side of the road that has left Lucas hospitalized and battling a very serious brain injury. He will be out of work for an uncertain but certainly lengthy period of time as he heals. If anyone is worthy of support, it is this couple. Lucas has served his country faithfully in the United States Army and served his community as a Sherriff's Deputy. The proceeds from this tournament will help his family through the uncertain and lengthy healing process. Williams Creek has offered to host thus event on August 25th. Check in will be at 8AM and tee time at 9AM. The cost will be $400 per team of 4, which will cover the course fee and the remainder will go directly to the Shoffner family. It will be a four person scramble, and there will be many ways to win prizes. There will be plenty of complimentary beverages and food provided as well as an assortment of prizes to auction off after the tournament where 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Shoffner family.
