Description

Injuries result from a wide variety of causes, including accidents or intentional harm. They can happen to any of us, anywhere, such as our home, school, church, workplace or on the road. T. J. Mack, trauma injury prevention and outreach coordinator with Spartanburg Regional, will demonstrate the three quick skills that are necessary for you to assist in an emergency and possibly save someone’s life before they bleed out. He will provide instruction and information and also check your skills as you practice the techniques you’ve learned. Participants who successfully complete this course will receive a STOP THE BLEED course completion certificate. Ample parking and the entrance are located behind Gibbs building. Please follow the directional signs that will be posted on the campus.
