The festivities will includes the Grand Feast (Onasadhya), followed by several traditional programs like Pulikali (tiger dances), Chendamelam, Pookkalam (flower arrangement), and other music and dance sequences et. We invite all in and around Charlotte to join the festivities.  EVENT SCHEDULECHECK IN(TO RECEIVE WRIST BANDS) - 10.30 amONASADHYA - 11.00 am - 2.30 pmSTAGE EVENTS - 12.00 pm - 5.00 pmSNACKS/TEA - 3.30 pmREGISTRATION & FEE DETAILS:Membership and Promo code:Please use your CLTMA registered email ID as a PROMO code if you are an active member. To renew your CLTMA membership please visit https://www.cltma.org/membership-info-1 . Once membership is renewed, please wait 24hours for the promo code to be activated. Time slot for Onasadhya:During registration members will have to select their convenient time slot for having OnasadhyaWe will strictly enforce the time slot requirement to avoid long lines and rush at the venue.Please be at the venue at least 20 mins before your time slot for Onasadhya.If you missed your time-slot, the next available time-slot will be given for having food.Registration Fee:The below fee structure is to encourage the members to register early so we can better plan the event and the food.Early Bird pricing is till 31st August. CLTMA will absorb the Eventbrite and PayPal fees.Price will go up from Sep 1st and fee of $2.50 per ticket needs to be paid by attendees.Onsite registrations are allowed, but only given a last time slot for Onasadhya and all the menu items will not be guaranteed. Volunteers are needed on the evening - Sep 9th 4.00pm - 11.00 pm - for sadhya and program prep activities.
