CrossFit Ridgeline is excited to announce that we will be hosting our 5th Annual Quadrathlon on August 20th!! This event is open to the public and CrossFit experience is NOT required. The first heat will start at 7:40am and the last heat will be 9:00am (4 heats). We will add additional heats if necessary. The event will start with rowing at CrossFit Ridgeline, then run to Krepp's Park for the swim portion, and then run back to CrossFit Ridgeline for the bike portion on an Assault Bike. There are three different event options (listed below). Do partners have to run together? Yes, you have to run together. You cannot start next part until both partners are there. Does row/swim/ bike have to be split evenly? No, split however you want. Will there be lanes at the pool? No, it's just open and you will keep track of your own laps. There will be lifeguards.
