In this yoga class you can except a grounding sequence which slowly takes you to a burn of heat and energy. We will have time to warm up safely, move with breath, and build shapes intelligently, together. If you are facing an injury, feel free to share with our instructor, Sadie Grossman for options in your practice.
Please bring your mat and any yoga props you like! We'll supply the great views.
