The EDGE BDA hosts this year-end celebration with an open house at one of its state award-winning buildings, and then gathering at the iconic Green Bench Brewing courtyard for delicious brews and big news about district events and developments! We'll kick off with an open house from 4:00 pm until 5:45 pm at 1211 1st Ave. N., which just received the 2022 Secretary of State Outstanding Main Street Business of the Year Award! Owner Rick & Mimoza Noll, along with EBDA member businesses, will tour you through the building and offer complimentary beverages & snacks. The tour will include a special inside look at the very popular Zubrick Magic Theatre, as well as other beautiful spaces. From there, we'll head across the street to the Green Bench courtyard for a special preview of the Oktoberfest brews, socializing, and exclusive announcements about EDGE events and EDGE developments. Included will be special previews of the EDGE Collective's Food Hall and Marriott Moxy boutique hotel currently under construction. We'll also be offering complimentary appetizers from two of our EDGE restaurants. All are welcome to register.
