Wizard is a sensitive soul. When he first arrived, he wanted to be loved, do a lap around our yard to explore and come back and be loved again. He is quite playful but is not the instigator. He will follow you wherever you go and is very curious. You can tell when he does something wrong, all he wants to do is be forgiven and make up for it. For example, he picked up a sock of mine and when I told him to drop it, he did and immediately came over to me with big “I’m sorry” eyes wanting pets. He is a go with the flow kind of pup. Play time? Awesome. Nap time? Yes please. Being outside is his favorite and he lots to stretch out and relax in the sun. He doesn’t always want to settle right away at night when it’s time to chill on the couch, but we are continuing to work on that with him. He just likes to explore and have a bit of independence. Overall, his sweet nature will melt your heart! He is all but house trained. He does sleep in the crate at night. We do not have a doggie door but let him out frequently throughout the day. He is still a puppy and may have an accident here or there but is so smart and eager to please. No doubt being at 100% potty trained is right around the corner. The ideal home for this sweet angel is someone who is ready to continue his puppy training so he can be the best companion possible. He is so easy going and eager to please. He is also very food motivated which helps with the training. This pup has the best heart and just wants to please his people. He has so much love to give and whoever gets him will be incredibly lucky!
