We invite you to celebrate your loved one in a special way by participating in our Annual Celebration of Life. We will honor the memory of our loved ones with a peaceful ‘Walk to Remember’ through Stonebridge Park. Memorial luminaries can be purchased in memory of loved ones as a beautiful way to celebrate the lives of those who are no longer with us. Luminaries will be labeled along the path and live music will play fithroughout the evening. Everyone is welcome. All proceeds from this event will benefit the patients of Lincoln Hospice.
