The Annual Luncheon features keynote speaker Paul R. Levy, President and CEO of the Center City District in downtown Philadelphia. Paul has led that organization for 30 years and is credited with initiating an era of urban resurgence in Philly's center city. The event will also include the Main Street Mobile Awards ceremony and an update on the state of downtown from Elizabeth Stevens, President and CEO of the Downtown Mobile Alliance.
